Security
Debby & Company guarantees the security of your personal credit card information when you order from us. If for any reason, your personal credit card information is tampered with or stolen when you order from Debby & Company , we will pay any service penalties or deductibles you may incur from your credit card company. If you have a problem with your credit card security after ordering from Debby & Company , please contact us immediately.

Shipping
All orders are subject to cost according to weight and destination. Shipping costs a minimum of $4.25 or 10% of your total order cost.

Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at 800-818-7660 to obtain a Return Authorizations Number. All items must be returned in their original condition. Software and other copywritten material must be unopened, except in cases of defective product. Printed materials such as workbooks cannot be returned due to copyright laws. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
