How do I order on-line from Debby & Company
Debby & Company has made it easier and more convenient for you to purchase the educational supplies and products you need. We have developed the Debby & Company on-line catalog with our customers in mind by carefully selecting the highest quality items at the very best prices. To review or select an item, simply enter the item number or product description in the Search Box . Our on-line catalog will automatically pull up all the products that meet your request. When you have completed your on-line shopping, simply provide the address you would like the item(s) sent to and your method of payment. Debby & Company accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as, personal checks and signed school purchase orders.

If I order from Debby & Company how do I know my personal information (i.e. name, address, credit card number, etc.) will be secured?
The Debby & Company web site is a secured site and we are the only party authorized to review your order information. We have taken several precautionary steps to make sure that no matter how you order from us (phone, fax, mail or on-line) your personal information will be held with the utmost confidentiality. Debby & Company does not and will not sell, rent or loan any customer information to mailing list companies, telemarketing organization or independent third parties. The only mail you will receive from us is either your requested order or one of our printed catalogs containing great ways to save.

What if I want to phone my order?

What if I have a question about an item(s) or want to check the status of my order?
The friendly Debby & Company customer service and quality assurance departments are open 7 days a week to serve you. Our customer service department business hours: M-F: 10:00am-9:00pm, Sat: 10:00am-9:00pm and Sun: 12:00am-5:00pm CST. If you need to contact us during non-business hours, please leave us a voice mail and we will call you next day. What if I order an item and it is out of stock?
If by some chance the item(s) you order is out of stock, Debby & Company will make every attempt to notify you. We try to maintain an ample inventory of each item found in our printed catalogs, however, during promotional periods of the year we may be sold out. If the out of stock item(s) is part of a larger order, we will ship you a partial order at your request.

How will my order be shipped and what will the freight charges be?
All Debby & Company orders will be shipped promptly from our warehouse via the post office or UPS to the destination specified by you. Shipping charges on all items are 10% of the total order amount, with a $3.95 minimum.

What if I want to return an item(s) I have purchased?
The most important Debby & Company policy is that the customer is 100% satisfied. Any unopened or unused product may be returned for a full refund. All products returned to Debby & Company must be in resaleable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Software and other copywritten material must be unopened, except in cases of defective product. Printed materials such as workbooks cannot be returned due to copyright laws. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

What if I receive my order and there is a shortage or an item(s) is damaged?
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect their order upon delivery and note any shortages and/or damage on the freight bill of the common carrier. Claims must be made within 48 hours. We will make every effort to correct any shortage or damage to a customer order. Please save all packaging and cartons if your shipment has been damaged. Simply contact our customer service department as soon as a problem is detected so we can correct it ASAP. What is Debby and Company's pricing policy?
We reserve the right to increase our pricing due to price increases from our manufacturers. We will make every attempt to notify you if the price increase is substantial.

Does Debby and Company establish open credit accounts for its customers?
Yes. We provide instant credit for schools, day care centers, churches, PTA/PTO's and other non-profit organizations. If you are a customer in good standing and have purchased from Debby & Company in the past, you will be granted an open account. Please call our customer service department at 800-818-7660 for details. Your order will be greatly expedited when prepaid by check or credit card. All accounts are payable within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to the maximum past due interest rates allowable by law.
